Buyer may be entitled to a refund for prepaid Orders.Golwala will ensure that the user who has a legitimate cancellation within 60 seconds after the order was placed,would get 100% of the amount refunded from the convenient method which the buyer used to pay for the same.
The transaction period will take around 8-10 working days.
Golawala does not offer any refunds against goods or services already purchased from a Merchant or PDP through the Platform unless an error that is directly attributable to Golawala occurred during the purchase of such product or services.
