The Returning of any food item/ beverage/anything delivered is against the general rule and Golawala has no role to play in such cases whatsoever.
Only if the user has cancelled the order within 60 seconds of time, there shall be no task performed by the shop regarding such orders.However it depends upon the Golawala in that case whatever is mutually agreed upon the user and the Golawala would be deemed as final.
The Buyer agrees and acknowledges that Golawala be responsible for :
- The services or goods provided by the Golawala including but not limited to serving of food Orders suiting your requirements and taste.
- The Golwala’s services or goods, not being up to Buyer expectations or leading to any loss, harm or damage to him/her
- The Golawala serving the incorrect Orders.
